The Company and its affiliates have over a hundred units located in food courts of regional shopping centers. The Company has established four food themes: Kelly's Cajun Grill, Yeung's Lotus Express, Suki Hana and Chicken Connection.	Home of the World Famous BOURBON CHICKEN
